“I cannot pretend to feel impartial about colours. I rejoice with the brilliant ones and am genuinely sorry for the poor browns.”

Winston Churchill
FSC and ISO

FSC
Products carrying the FSC label are independently certified to assure consumers that they come from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations. Only companies that are certified by FSC are allowed to use the FSC logo. This can be added to the artwork of a job (the logo will be supplied depending on exactly which material is specified). FSC materials are fully sustainable.

ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is an international management standard for the environment and has been implemented by organisations globally since 1996. It provides a structured process for making environmental improvements, the rate and extent of which will be determined by the organisation in light of business needs and circumstances.

The key outcomes will be:
• Reduction of our negative environmental impacts
• Enhancement of our positive environmental impacts
• Best use of resources
• Reduction of pollution to a minimum
• Compliance with relevant legislation
